Gates Foundation Launches RFP to Diversify Pipeline of Product Concepts for an HIV Vaccine within CAVD

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is launching a Request for Proposals (RFP) to address four topic areas in order to diversify the pipeline of product concepts for an HIV vaccine within the Collaboration for AIDS Vaccine Discovery (CAVD) initiative. Topic areas include:  


- HIV Vaccines for Containment at the Portal of Entry
- Novel HIV Vaccines to Elicit Protective Antibodies
- Replicating Viral Vectors for an HIV Vaccine
- Passive Immunization with Human Monoclonal Antibodies for HIV Prevention
