Presentation Guidelines

Oral Abstract Presentations

Oral abstract presentations are scheduled for 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and answers.

All presenting authors must use computers provided on-site by the conference organizers for the oral presentations. MAC computers will be equipped with MAC OS 10.6, Microsoft Office Mac Pro 2008 and PC's will be equipped with Windows XP PRO and Office. Personal laptops may not be used.

All presenting authors must adhere to the following schedule for on-site submission of the presentation. Bring the final presentation to the Speaker Check-in Desk in the Walnut Room in the North Tower of the Omni Hotel at CNN Center (meeting level 3), during the designated days and times noted below. The schedule is in place to ensure that all sessions run smoothly. Failure to submit your presentation on schedule could result in missing graphics for your presentation. Presentations may be submitted on CD or USB stick. PowerPoint is the only accepted format.

Poster Presentations

Poster Sessions will be held in the International Ballroom in the North Tower of the Omni Hotel at CNN Center.

Poster space is a portrait poster board with the dimensions of 47 inches X 46 inches (119 cm x 116cm). Dimensions are listed in width x height. Pushpins will be provided to affix your poster to the display board.
